We will be holding a BASA Conference on 3 March 2026 at the Kents Hill Conference and Training Centre, Milton Keynes and we invite Members and non-Members to purchase their tickets for this important event for the adhesives and sealants sector. This inaugural BASA conference will target sustainable growth and skills.
We’re bringing together experts to tackle the most pressing challenges and opportunities in the industry right now, and this promises to be an event not to be missed.
Two heavyweight keynote speakers headline the day: Declan Curry, renowned business journalist and broadcaster, and Rt Hon Justine Greening, former cabinet minister and champion of social mobility and responsible business.
Delegates will also hear expert insights on the UK economy and the construction sector outlook, along with practical sessions on how businesses can respond to emerging challenges and future-proof operations. This includes making AI work safely and strategically, understanding cyber risks facing manufacturers, and how ISO certification can help turn cyber and sustainability pressures into strengths.
Sustainability will also take centre stage, with the launch of BASA’s new Product Packaging Lifecycle Task Force, designed to support members with structured, data-driven approaches to packaging, carbon measurement and lifecycle impact. We also look forward to hearing from DWP on the skills shake-up and what it means for apprenticeships, recruitment and addressing skills shortages in the adhesives and sealants sector.
Expect focused sessions on:
- AI, cyber security & risk management
- Sustainability, packaging & lifecycle innovation
- ISO standards and certification
- UK & GB regulations – UK REACH, GB CLP, CBAM, BPR, CE/UKCA marking
