PPG Traffic Solutions EMEA, formerly known as Ennis-Flint, underwent a management buyout in 2023 and is now under new ownership. Prismo Road Markings Limited announced that the new owners are the existing management team, General Manager James Moore, and Finance Director Andy Jourdain. The MBO includes the full operation including the flagship manufacturing plant in Chorley, UK, two additional manufacturing plants in Italy, and a site in South Africa.Ennis-Flint was acquired by PPG Industries in December 2020.
